LTV(Light Transport Vehicle) Driver

🚚 Job Description: LTV Driver An LTV Driver is responsible for operating light transport vehicles such as vans, minibuses, or small trucks to safely transport goods, materials, or passengers. The role requires excellent driving skills, vehicle maintenance knowledge, and strict adherence to traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities a. Operate light transport vehicles to deliver goods or transport passengers as assigned. b. Ensure timely pickup and delivery of items or individuals to designated locations. c. Inspect vehicles daily and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs. d. Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery documentation. e. Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are handled with care. f. Adhere to all road safety laws and company transport policies. g. Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the assigned vehicle. h. Communicate effectively with dispatch or supervisors regarding schedules and routes.

Skills and Qualifications i. Valid LTV driver’s license. ii. Proven experience as a professional driver. iii. Good knowledge of traffic rules and road safety procedures. iv. Physical fitness and ability to lift or handle light cargo. v. Excellent time management and reliability. vi. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge. vii. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
