Housekeeping staff

Job Summary: The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene in assigned areas such as guest rooms, offices, hospitals, or residential spaces. The role ensures a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, guests, or staff.

Key Responsibilities: a. Clean and tidy rooms, halls, offices, restrooms, and other assigned areas. b. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures. c. Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels and amenities. d. Refill cleaning and toiletry supplies when necessary. e. Dispose of trash and maintain proper waste segregation. f. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor. g. Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are properly handled and stored. h. Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times. i. Assist with laundry, ironing, and general upkeep duties as needed.
